From my beginnings in London's vibrant culinary scene to managing kitchens in picturesque locales like Bath, Dorset, and the western highlands, I've cultivated a passion for using the freshest local produce in creating unforgettable dining experiences.

My time spent in the western highlands, where I delved into foraging, fishing, and collaborating with local farms, instilled in me a profound appreciation for the interconnections between food and its origins. This ethos continued to guide me as I ventured to France, where as an executive chef I helped to create a culinary identity driven by this very ethos aboard luxury boats for LVMH & Belmond, further enriching my culinary repertoire.

Now, as I embark on the next chapter of my culinary journey, I am eager to share my love for food and its stories with you and your guests.
